6.3 We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to products during shipping once they have left our facility. We will be happy to discuss replacements in the event of courier issues via email naturalpupcollective@gmail.com

7.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.  

7.3 Digital design services are non-refundable once the design work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
